The Sound of Korea brings the history and stories of Korean music to life. From the 1950s to today, the performance shares well-known songs from each era, reflecting the memories, emotions, and changes of their time.

With warm chamber music, vocal harmonies, and gentle narration, this concert connects the past and present for audiences of all generations.

Sound of Korea continues into its second act with a special performance by a Taekwondo demonstration team. The team brings sharp, disciplined movement and dynamic martial arts to the stage, adding another dimension to the night. It’s a chance to see Korean culture’s many faces, traditional and contemporary, together on one stage.

Please park at East Deck 1 and follow the red path shown on the map to reach the venue. Exit the parking deck, take the walkway toward the center of campus, and pass between the Garinger and Storrs buildings to arrive directly at the entrance of the Rowe Building. Parking is FREE for Sound Of Korea Concert.
